DAS-ELISA using polyclonal antiserum from rabbit, prepared against TMV, ToMV and PMMoV.
Detects many Tobamoviruses of Main reaction with TMV, ToMV, PMMoV, also reacts with TMGMV, ToBRFV, ToMMV, RMV, BePMV, slight reaction with TYCV.
