Complete kits contain all components to perform PCR reaction, i.e. Premix (pathogen specific primers and dNTPs), RNA-PCR Reaction Buffer (includes MgCl2), DNA-Polymerase (Hot start)*, Reverse-Transcriptase (M-MLV, RNase H-)*, Positive control (DNA amplicon, specific only for primers provided with 09175C/100), Negative control (DNA from healthy plants), 100mM DTT (Dithiothreitol) and PCR-grade water.

Other information:
Kit components are stable during shipping. Upon receipt, store all components below -18°C! After rehydration of the premix and controls, store below -18°C and avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For repeated testing of low sample numbers, controls and primer mix should be aliquoted after rehydration. By following these recommendations, the kit is stable until the expiration date stated on the certificate.
